At the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, Aston Martin will introduce the facelift model as “the most comprehensive program enhancements since 2008,” the 2013 Aston Martin V8 Vantage. Aston Martin V8 Vantage can be distinguished from its predecessors with a new front bumper lower air splitter, side sills and a redesigned rear bumper that comes with the new integrated diffuser.

The basic model also received some updates stimulate the performance of the originally derived for the Vantage S, these include quicker steering, bigger brakes and wider tires. Outside, the year 2013 Aston Martin V8 Vantage inherited some styling changes from the Vantage N400 S and limited editions. In addition, the base model V8 Vantage S benefits steering ‘quicker with 15:01 compared with 17:1 ratio, larger brakes with 380mm two-piece cast iron ventilated front discs and six piston calipers, wider tires and 10mm.
Aston Martin V8 Vantage will be equipped with a 4.7-liter V8 Vantage V-8 engine making the same output of 420 bhp (426 PS / 313 kW) while the high-performance Vantage S continue to get 430 bhp (436PS / 321 kW) and 490Nm (£ 361 ft) of torque. A six-speed manual transmission comes as standard, but the six-speed manual transmission optional automatic SportShift has been replaced with a seven-speed SportShift II.
